Police have charged a lorry motorist with a spate of offences over a lethal highway fury occurrence on Sydney’s reduce north shore.

Emergency services were called to Fullers Road in Chatswood only before peak-hour on Wednesday following reports a masculine had been strike by a truck.

Officers were told a white Mitsubishi firm truck, driven by a 32-year-old man, and a china Ford Focus that was driven by a 57-year-old man, had incited into Fullers Road before both drivers started arguing.

The automobile motorist got out of his automobile and grabbed a front newcomer side of a truck. When a lorry motorist attempted to expostulate divided a masculine mislaid his hold and was struck by a truck.

He was treated by paramedics though died during a scene.

The motorist of a lorry was uninjured and taken to Royal North Shore Hospital for imperative testing.

He was afterwards taken to Chatswood Police Station where he was charged with inattentive pushing occasioning genocide and pushing recklessly/furiously or speeding in a dangerous manner.

The lorry motorist was also charged with a crack of bail.

He seemed in Hornsby Local Court on Thursday.

Police are propelling anyone who witnessed a incident, or has dashcam footage, to come forward.
